Meiho Tackle Box Shipping Policy
All orders placed with Meihotacklebox.com are shipped using UPS, out of our Reno, Nevada distribution center.

Meiho Tackle Box does not offer will call or local pick up for orders at either business location.
24895 La Palma Ave. Yorba Linda, CA 92887 is a corporate office location and does not house any Meiho product. Therefore, product cannot be viewed and orders cannot be picked up at this location.
Meiho Tackle Box ships orders Monday through Friday, up until 2pm PST. No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday shipments will be made. Non-shipping holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Other holidays may apply, please call for more information.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address on file once the order has been shipped.
Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1-3 business days, regardless of shipment method chosen. All orders will arrive within 1-6 business days depending on shipping option selected. Customers will be notified If an item in their order is temporarily out of stock and cannot be shipped in 2-4 business days.
A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Meiho Tackle Box does not ship to freight forwarders or any similar type of addresses.
At checkout, please make sure all shipping information is correct. If the address does not match or package is undeliverable and returned to Meiho Tackle Box, a fee may be charged. If you would like your package resent to a correct address, there will be additional fees and shipping costs.

Free Shipping:
Meiho Tackle Box proudly offers free UPS ground shipping on all orders totaling over $199 before taxes. All items need to be ordered at the same time and shipped to the same location. Offer is valid only for orders shipped via UPS ground within the continental United States. (Excluded: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands) This offer can not be combined with any other offers or coupons. Offer is valid for online orders only! Canadian and international orders are excluded from the free shipping promotion. Free shipping only applies to orders placed and shipped in the United States.
USA Shipping:
Meiho Tackle Box ships nationwide to all of the United States
Canadian Shipping:
Meiho Tackle Box ships to Canada. Please note that upon delivery, Canadian customers are required to pay for any and all additional tariffs, taxes and/or duties. Also, since we process the billing information in the United States, some Canadian credit cards may not be able to be processed without additional assistance from our sales team. In rare instances, UPS will not service small portions of Canada and you may receive an error messages for shipping address at check out. If either of these issues happen to you, please call us at (714) 694-0202 and we will be happy to help! The "Free Shipping" promotion does not apply to Canadian orders.
International Shipping:
Meiho Tackle Box does not offer shipping to countries located outside of the United States and Canada at this time.
