Returns

All items purchased on this website are subject to the following return policy.

Once an order has been placed, customers have 30 days from the invoice date to start the return process. Any returns attempted after 30 days will be subject to review by our sales team. All items returned must be in “new” condition and in original packaging. Depending on the situation, a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.

After information is received by our sales team, an RMA number will be issued. Do not send items back without the RMA number. Items must be returned with 15 days of receiving an RMA number.

Once an RMA number is obtained, please return entire package(s) to the following address:

Customers are required to pay for return shipment unless otherwise instructed by our sales team. We recommend using a carrier that can track packages as you assume all responsibility for insuring the returned item.

Returned items are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If approved, a credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order within 7 business days of receipt of your return. If return is declined, a member of our sales team will reach out to you.

Damaged Items:

All items purchased on Meihotacklebox.com are inspected for quality and accuracy when they leave our shipping dock. If any merchandise arrives damaged, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Also, please save the merchandise, original box and packaging it arrived in so we can start a claim with our shipper. Notify our customer service team immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Meihotacklebox.com of the damaged goods within the first 3 days of receipt, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.

If your order is returned (partially or in full) after having received Free Shipping or any other promotion code entered at checkout, you will be charged the original shipping amount plus any return shipping fees if applicable. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
